Welcome to the DolanServ wiki! This will serve as the online repository containing information on kits, item worth, plugin guides etc as an alternative to the Discord channels. I will update this as the first preference whenever items change (or new kits are added) - this is in addition to the Discord announce channel.

I've been solo admining servers for over 7 years now, and the main philosophy I've tried to follow in that time is to keep things roughly close to the vanilla experience but enhance or add to it, or remove pain points. Things like the Essentials economy add an entire new aspect to the game outside of the traditional build/explore/defeat Dragon + Wither/stop playing path that vanilla Minecraft usually follows.
DolanServ runs on the Paper platform, which can be connected to by most clients (but is not compatible with Forge). Personally, I recommend using Optifine with Sildur's Shaders, though sometimes use Sodium + Complementary Shaders for Litematica
This is a private Minecraft server for friends and friends of friends - if you've somehow stumbled across this wiki from the wider web, welcome and feel free to read about the server and it's setup, but it is not open to the wider public. If you don't know how to reach me on Discord yourself or via a friend, you're not likely to be able to join the server.
